Cleanliness, comfort, beds, facilities, rooms. Allergic reaction from couch and bed. Wasn’t what I expected. Broke out in hives from bed and couch. Bed sheets and bed lining had red and brown stains. Spare covers in the closet were not clean either

The corridors could have been cleaner.

The property was clean and looked nice. The airport shuttle got us to and from the airport quickly and easily.

I booked this property because it advertised free airport shuttle and free parking. I wrongly assumed this meant we could park for free while away like we did last time we stayed at a Hilton property. The other Hilton properties on booking.com all advertised $10-15/night parking and this one was slightly more for the room but said free parking. When we arrived we found out it was only free while we were there and $20/night to park while we were away. This was my mistake for not clarifying before booking, but really disappointing nonetheless. Because we had booked through a third party, they would not honor the unclear “free parking” statement. The women working at the front desk were very nice about it and I know they were just doing their job. The room looked nice but the mattress was horribly dipped in the middle so my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa bed because we kept rolling together in the middle. There was also a lot of noise upstairs from us—we could hear babies crying and people walking around. Between the mattress and the noise we barely slept (even with earplugs.) We had to leave for the airport at 4:00am so were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast, and fresh coffee was not made yet so we started the day hungry and non-caffeinated. Overall, if you need a reasonably priced place for a quick and solid night sleep before flying out, go elsewhere.

Location is very convenient. The AC worked well. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average with very limited healthy options.

Found previous guests' things in the bathroom drawers and also old coffee bags still in the machine. So not the cleanest.... Beds were not very comfortable.

Room is very spacious.

Staff rudeness and inappropriate approach. A male staff approached me and my sister in law, morning at the courtyard without “proper manner” and used a rude tone of voice, “ that pet (it was a dog) can’t be here”. The hotel is pet friendly and paid the fee. Staff didn’t even explained why. And then looked at my sister in law, and “your room and I don’t see your credit card information” ( we all ready checked in and got our room key) which got us confused. He didn’t looked like he is a staff, he has wearing baseball cap. Talked to us rudely and there was other people in the courtyard, who heard him talked. We never have this kind of counter before when staying at Hilton’s hotel. People even said to us, that staff was rude. That staff pretty much ruined our morning. When we checked in, we were approached by two females and they were very friendly great customer services and well mannered. We did talked to one of the staff who helped us during our checked in regarding about the rude staff. She was very apologetic. We know Hilton has a very high standard staff expectations and experiences with customers services. We like staying at Hilton’s and we will again, just hope this particular staff will get some training on customer services. Thank you.

The staff really went above and beyond. I was EXTREMELY tired, and one of the desk clerks (a tall woman with long dark hair) noticed how exhausted I was and offered to come help me unload my car and she later helped me get bags to my room. It was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was really not very good. The eggs were almost inedible. This definitely could be improved. I stayed at a similar Homewood Suites in San Diego, Liberty Station, and the breakfast was amazing.

Location is good, but several areas could have been cleaner at this property.
