the staff, breakfast and shuttle service

Breakfast was good, just a little crowded seeing that the hotel was quite fully booked. The room was very nice and clean and the location was superb.
As said, it was a bit crowded with breakfast but that is a "good" problem as far as the hotel is concerned seeing that there was a lot of people wanting breakfast.

The staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. Excellent staff.
The screen on Room 200 was broken and flopping in the wind.

There were roaches 🪳 in the bed room, and the breakfast was the same each day.

The whole check-in process went good the main attraction was near by, so that was nice, the breakfast was a plus in the morning and our drive back home wasn't long.

I booked a double queen suite. The placement of the TV was awkward. It was placed in the middle of the room dividing the sitting and bedroom areas.

The pool was nothing like the picture. It was very small and freezing. The floor was incredibly slick and hot tub was tiny and filthy.

i called the front desk twice about my toilet not working and no one ever went to fix it.

The first thing I noticed the second I walked in the lobby and into my room was how clean it smelled! Not overwhelming chemicals, but just a clean, fresh smell. Front desk staff was very friendly as well. It's such a nice first impression!
The only thing that I felt could use improvement was the breakfast. It was just ok, nothing extra. Wish there was more selection, maybe a larger area. It was a bit crowded!
