Walls in room & bathroom were dirty. pool has missing parts on the wall, nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool. Our room smelled

When we arrived our room was not clean. The second room same thing. Third room was humid with black fuzz everywhere. Breakfast left lot to be desired. Entire hotel felt humid.

The hotel looks old and worn, the beds however were the best during our 3 week holiday.

The combination of old and worn and expensive is not the greatest of experices, and on top all american breakfasts sucks, as it only offeres a lot of not good food for a bad start of the day, but that accounts for all american breakfasts on all hotels in this class of hotels. European breakfast gives a better start of the day in general.

the hotel was clean it was just the carpet that had a weird smell.

the sink was clog and the iron didn’t work at all.

Nice hotel, Close to airport, free hot breakfast and free shuttle to airport We checked in at 2:30am, and the staff member at the desk was very kind, sympathetic, and found us toothbrushes to use.

Not much! Our room was clean, we were in the room that long before catching the shuttle back to the airport.

Good location, near the airport and restaurants. Great stop if you plane gets cancelled. Just remember the shuttle only runs 7am-6pm. Very comfortable beds

Staff = friendly. Room = clean. Bed = delightful. Breakfast = fantastic. Airport shuttle = hourly starting at 7:00 am. Overall, a great stay.

The size of the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (although I think it was frozen).

The receptionist was a phlegm, he wasn't friendly and I didn't see a smile from him. I don’t greet this at all or asked if everything was okay in the two days. There were no light bulbs in the room, all the lights were missing. There were hairs in the bathroom and the room wasn't vacuumed. We found a handkerchief used next to the bed. We could not use the tub because the faucet did not work. We could only shower, although this aspect was taken into account when booking.
