TV did not have a remote

The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very pleasant

I had requested adjoining queen rooms, got an email confirmation that I had them. Upon arrival was told they only offered king and a queen adjoining room. Was traveling with children so had to have adjoining rooms. Was told it would be 10.00 extra but was charged 27.00 extra. A pool was advertised on hotel site and booking.com but that didn’t have a pool. Had to take children to a community pool for an extra 39.00. The person checking us in was rude and not helpful at all. One room was not even ready for an hour after check in.

Nasir, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions well. You can tell that he loves his job and is not there just to collect he check at the end of the day. The hotel conveniently close to the airport, so expect some noise from airplanes. The room was clean. The carpet was fresh and clean.

We booked the hotel solely for the indoor pool but it was close for remodeling and we were not made aware of that when we booked it.

I loved everything except the tall grass and the lack of pool.

the grass surrounding the area is so tall and sketchy! I had to walk at night and I was honestly scared. I also wish booking.com would say that the pool is permanently closed and update the room descriptions. My room description detailed a pull out couch but that was not actually included.

it doesn’t have the shuttle bus , when i arrived to the airport i was waiting more than 30 minutes then i go to them when i asked they told we had it before but now we don’t
