I booked 3 rooms but cancelled 1. They gave 1 of my remaining 2 rooms to someone else, and were so rude. They overbooked, and lied saying it was booking.com’s fault. I clarified from booking.com, and they told me it was the hotel’s mistake, and the hotel’s reservation department told them as well. So half of my family had to go elsewhere at night. They gave no compensation and were utterly unprofessional. I’ve travelled a LOT, and booked a lot through booking.com. My first extremely bad experience ever like this. Would never recommend in a million years….

The hotel is convenient to Dulles Airport and easy to locate. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

First of all, the air conditional system is old and very noisy.
You can even cleay hear the conversation from next door too.

The location was perfect
The swimming pool was poorly managed. The hot tub was usually dirty and there was far too much chlorine in the pool water. The tiles around the pool are not suitable for wet areas and were dangerously slippery.
Lastly, I have had better breakfasts at the same price point. Very little variety and choice.

The Staff was great and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is great and we liked the area around hotel. In general it was great stay.

The bathroom had strands of hair strewn over the floor. The trash can was dirty too.

Big clean room. Close to airport. Only one elevator working and when I was going to check out it seemed neither was working so I took the stairs. Breakfast starts at 600am so unable to take since I had to leave before then. Breakfast should be earlier since this place caters to people flying out of Dulles. Staff was very nice. Cable was iffy. Streamed on my phone - good wifi.
Elevators not working. Breakfast started too late.

Bed was cozy I liked it and the room was clean .
Maybe the breakfast add more hot food, like bacon , Oatmeal, maybe some danish , bigger muffins .

The fitness center was in bad shape and machines were dirty. There was black sticky material on machines control panel. Considered rest of the facilities here , this can certainly be better.

Breakfast, scrambled eggs were terrible. Hours on the weekend we’re not late enough. Breakfast bar too cramped.
