Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was bigger than I thought it would be. Being by myself I felt safe there.

Bed sheets were scratchy making it hard to get comfortable to sleep. Towels were stiff and not very soft.

Nothing, was a disaster

The hotel did not honor the reservation which was confirmed at the time of check in and put us on the street to find another hotel at 9pm with a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old. Inoperants and rude, never going to stay there ever.

Very dirty

I was pleasantly surprised. I got a suite for a great price. I sleep with my tv on and my daughter was able to sleep on the sofa without my tv disturbing her. At checkout I asked if i could fill up my travel mug. He smiled and said i could fill up 2. Breakfast was delicious.

No waters in the vending machines

I liked the set up of the suites, very spacious. Rooms were clean not perfect but you can tell bed linens were washed, towels and wash cloths...

the water pressure is awful, the sink water barely works. The majority of the staff are rude, not very welcoming none of them can hold conversation well. Very short. THE SKETCHY ELEVATOR MAKES SOME AWFUL CONCERNING NOISES!!!

I liked nothing about the property, the beds had bed bugs only stayed for an hour

The room was larger than the average room. Plenty of space

The bathroom has moisture damage at the bottom of the wall as the water from the shower flows outside. Needs to fix that

Was charged more than I was told when I made the reservation. Then, when I talked to the manager about it. He told me he would fix it. Instead, I was charged an extra 250 dollars. So,a room that was supposed to cost me 126 dollars turned into 405 bucks.
