The location was great. The hot breakfast was fantastic.

The AC in our room was noisy and kept me up most of the night.

The room

The fact that I called front desk because of yelling and banging and thuds that shook the walls in my room and I was on the third floor. It was kids. The clerk didn't do anything. It kept on the 4 nights I was there. And TV was on the highest volume and still couldn't hear it. There must be something we with it.

Day shift always friendly

No parking first night. Company trucks in fire lane.

Convenient location to get to baseball facilities. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. staff was friendly for the most part.

Facility was overbooked (likely due to third party apps), and several people had their rooms taken right out from under them, including a family in our group. Thankfully we are all tight knit and bunked together. Rooms were very small.

rooms are small, breakfast is terrible(what was left anyway), gave away other people’s rooms after they prebooked a week early. found dirty underwear in room.

The breakfast was nice. Plenty of options and the lady kept a clean area. Very attentive to needs of guests.

The room we stayed in had like pink marks on bathroom walls and the shades to cover the windows were torn.

The staff was very friendly, the kitchen workers did amazing. They all was very friendly and helpful as well. And the food selection was so good.

The rooms had ants, although the man at the front desk did everything he could to accommodate us by moving us to another room it ended up having ants too. I wasn't hauling all our stuff a 3rd time so we made do by making sure we covered our drinks and food.
