did not have breakfast

Good location
Made it to room and it’s was no face towels in the room and the hallway has not been clean. Towels , bedding and sheets were laying the hallways.

The location
They need new housekeepers and the hotel was just dirty. We also had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and dirty towels sat outside in the hallway all day.

Easy check in
Bed was very uncomfortable. Half of the bed was a sinkhole. Should be replaced.

Location was great! Everything was clean.
We were very disappointed that breakfast wasn't included.

There was no breakfast. Very disappointed since it was advertised as included and we based our booking decision on having breakfast.
Breakfast should have been included as advertised. Also multiple disturbances in the hallway until past 2 a.m.

microwave didn’t work, guest was loud restaurant wasn’t open to get breakfast. sad day

We tried to check in an hour early so we could get ready to drive to Memphis for the basketball game but the concierge said that the rooms would barely be ready by 3:00 and early check in wasn’t an option.

The location was nice.
The bed was horrible. The mattress had huge bowl like indentions.

Close to the Football game that I went to
Check in was at 3:00 pm I arrived around 3:50 pm and the room wasn’t ready til after 5:00 pm and my son game was at 6:00 pm

I didn’t realize that you didn’t offer free breakfast.
If you compare yourself to other hotels then you would find that you are over priced. They offer free breakfast and are cheaper. For that reason I will not be staying at your hotel again
