The location of the hotel was great. We were around restaurants, stores, entertainment, and Lake Mary is a quaint place.

looked ok from inside by the dining room

the sheets in my room were not changed and pubic hair very dark and I mean many do I slept on too because I called the front desk and they had no other rooms so I pulled the comforter over and slept on top in my clothes for 4 hours because I traveled 24 hours and sleeping was a necessity. in the morning when I woke up low and behold there is a dirty with bowel movement all over it and the hand towel had a man’s fluids from his testicles. Gross and disgusting. Especially almost abusive being that I’m a woman of middle age. I showed everything in the room bed and on the towels a dirty washcloth in tub and the towel for the floor junked across the floor under the sink. I’m not sure which hotel chain is worst and I have not blogged it in my travel diary. yet. The Hilton had roaches in what appeared to be a clean room and that was all an airport also. I’m asking the Marriott if they plan on making restitution or blowing it off. I have a room booked in west palm beach for the night we have front row tickets for Stevie Nicks. my partner is very skeptical about staying in your property there. please advise!

nice and clean

I arrived around 1 after a 6 hour drive. I wanted to rest but there were construction works been done. It was like they were using an electric drill or hammer. the noise was loud and it felt like it was inside the room. I called the reception they said there was nothing they could do they should stop by 3. not true. I left the room at 4 and it was still going on. I was charged the same. No discount whatsoever. you go to a hotel to rest. not to be bordered by very loud noise. besides, in the fridge there was a power drink. it looks like it has been there forever because it has exploded. one of my earrings fell and I had to move the couch and it’s filthy down the couch. not happy at all

The location was fine, I had picked that location before the trip. I had dinner in the lounge. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The room was mostly quiet but noise from the hallway would happen throughout the night. The staff was awesome. Thanks Ed from somewhere in Mandarin, enjoyed the conversation.

The room rate was ridiculous and quite a bit higher than advertised. I did not have breakfast. It seems I was not on some special list and so the they wanted some exorbitant amount for me to eat at a small buffet that is generally covered at other locations. See Marriott Residence Inn.

Bathtub nice bed, design was amazing

Have to pay 10-15$ extra for breakfast if it’s or included. Gym also was closed.
