Too many inconveniences for me. Children running and yelling and banging in the hallway. Elevator not working our entire stay so have ing to walk up to the fifth floor eveytime we left. Breakfast not appealing at all. And no umbrellas out by the pool so if we sit by the pool we were roasting.

Super comfy bed and pillows, nice size room, very clean (room and public space), quiet, lots of parking, and great location! All for a very reasonable price.

This was a great value for the money.

Dirty towels, blanket and beds. Nasty windows, they have not clean the windows for decades. Barely can see outside. 1 out of 2 rooms thermostats did not work. Bathtub drainer was not functioning properly

Loved it all! It was such a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Once you walk in, it looks great. The breakfast had a fair amount of options, i jist wish they had more options than sausages. The room was nice and spacious however me personally i hate carpet and just felt gross out by it especially with the fact that they allow pets. Our room was pretty clean besides the big stain in the carpet and the broken toilet seat, i loved the room and the layout of it. The only three annoying parts of the property was the constantly broken elevator, the broken ice maker on the 3rd floor and although the pool was warm, it also had a lot of bugs floating around. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. The staff is very nice and accomodating when you need assistance. I stayed 5 nights. Bed was comfortable and i love that they had dove complimentary soap and samasung tv.

There was black mold in the shower, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The hallways smelled like urine. People were smoking weed outside of the hotel.

Employees are not honest. Took my Uber eats order and then they put it back on my door staying that they thought it was garbage….

Excellent stay.

Booked and stayed due to lack of options and proximity to family. Overall it was “eh”. Or so-so. Pros: did not smell bad in lobby or hallways Room A/C worked great Easy check in and out on my phone Cons: Loud! Dogs barking, alarms going off all night, no way to stop it. Broken! Phone in room didn’t work, tv in bedroom of king suite didn’t work. Part of ceiling (probably too much paint) falling in window area, fridge covered in ice. Not the cleanest: heavy black dirtiness on windows, doors and walls had dirtiness like fingerprints or just nastiness Not helpful: tried to report issues, desk person less than helpful and gave a late check out when asked but with a slight attitude as if I was bothering her. Overall may stay again just bc of convenience and bc it’s better than the surrounding hotels but will look elsewhere first.

Good location , decent size rooms ,staff are friendly , breakfast is included but is limited by choice, in all its good .

Room was spacious and clean

The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was one of the best out of lots of hotels. I travel a lot. I really have no complaints.

The breakfast was very sparce, not many choices. The hotel and grounds were neat and well taken care of.
