i booking 1 pay for room i make a all document after shi give me card and when i tray go insibe inside in my room i have another people !!!!!! and when i told to a receptioner shi tod me not have a room aviabile !

The room was simple but nice. The beds were very comfortable! The shower had good pressure. The person who checked us in was friendly but monotone. We were allowed a late checkin of almost 11:30pm and there were no problems. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety and the guy who was taking care of it stayed on top of keeping it stocked. I love that there was milk and chocolate milk as well as good coffee. I would stay again! All staff was friendly. The woman who checked us out (receipt says Clerk DDM) even wished my son good luck with his baseball camp.

The room was supposed to be $150 with taxes and fees and my card is still showing $180 charge days later. The breakfast was good, but should invest in waffle makers as opposed to the Belgian waffles for the toaster, they were not very good. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like and the shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers were empty.

Very poor experience for a Fairfield inn . I’ve stayed at other Fairfield inns and they were very nice , this one was equal to a motel 6 , only cost more . Woke up to leave the next morning and several of the cars had been broken into with shattered window .

Our first room had a odor. They moved us to a second room. We had told the night shift our tv and shower wasn’t working properly no one ever came to check.
