We choose to stay here when we bring/visit our daughter to college. As always, the staff is friendly and accommodating and goes out of their way to make things comfortable. The breakfast never disappoints and the manager James is fantastic!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel…

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It was a suite, with a separate bedroom, which is a non negotiable for us.

The streaming didn't work in the bedroom the whole time we were there, nor did the hair dryer. The key cards kept glitching - sometimes they'd work, sometimes they wouldn't, and not always on every door.

I was placed in a handicapped accessible room just off the main hallway. It took multiple card tries to check in (I guess my bank thought it was potential fraud) but the clerk was pleasant and apologetic through the 20+ min check in. Once I got to the room, I was a bit disappointed. I paid almost $700 to stay here- the room "felt" unclean and had several stains on the floor/ceiling. Upon setting down my luggage, I was appalled to discover that there was poop under the bed. Whomever stayed previously must've had a small dog- there were also treats, an empty drink bottle, a dog toy, and several other dessicated pieces of other poop under the bed. Exhausted and disgusted, I went back to the front desk to tell the clerk about the situation...it was 11:30pm at this point. Despite the late time and sensitiveness of the situation, the same clerk responded promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, since it was Mardi Gras, there were no rooms to transfer to, so she tidied the mess herself. I felt awful, but I didn't want to sleep over poop/treats/trash, so.

CLEANLINESS. Room needs updating/repair.

the wifi did not work at all. we called front desk to complain and nothing was done. I missed work because of this. our smoke alarm also went off randomly because of my the steam from the shower. that was a bit much and maybe it’s too sensitive?

Very well run and managed. Stressful time during Mardi Gras traffic.

The bed was comfortable

The WiFi didn’t work most of the time and the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and gross

Everything was amazing. The kitchen was roomie. Bathroom was amazing and the bed was so comfortable
