The staff was nice, breakfast was stocked, the guest service center was exceptional.

The pool is in the shade so even though it was a hot day the pool area was cool

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all nice.

Stayed 2 nights at 260.00 a night and never recieved housekeeping. Was never told at check in that it had to be requested.

Breakfast has deteriorated in quality since our last visit. Very little choice and that of lower standard than in the past. Service personnel not visible to help in any way and when found could not answer simple questions. Seem not to know the word 'sugar' to replenish the supply for coffee.

The front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable. The reception area was clean and inviting. My suite was a good size with a comfortable bed.

The hand sanitizers were empty by the elevator which I think during a pandemic, they need to be checked regularly. I didn't like the footprint that was on my bathroom door. (Pics attached to this report) If that was overlooked, how clean was my room? For the price I paid for my room, I expected more. Location wise it's a little tricky to find but I think that kept our cars safe.

The breakfast was ok, the sausages could have had a little water in pan to keep hot and Moist. Other food should have been hot like the eggs.

The bathroom vent could not be turned off, so it ran with noise all day and night. The sofa had stains on it and the pillows on sofa. So I stopped sitting on it.
