My daughter said the room is smelly. My parents said there is no hot shower in the room.

The staff at the front door was accommodating! and kind. They were efficient, the room was fine and the complimentary breakfast was good. Plenty of parking is available also.

The breakfast was very good

Upon entering the room it had this really bad smell , the AC was even worst with this very Molly smell, I sprayed Lysol to get rid of horrible smell but every time the air comes on it get worst. It was so bad where I got congested and couldn’t sleep.

The AC unit has mildew growing on it which causes it to smell like urine, the bathtub begins to clog when taking a shower and the general water feels like it has a slime coat.

The room was super with excellent easy access to the pool and hot tub and lobby for breakfast. The front desk staff were super friendly. During breakfast, they had a person making sure the food was good and never ran out. Withing walking distance they have a gas station and a restaurant. The food at the restaurant was awesome and they even gave you a 10% discount because you are staying at the hotel. Isn't that awesome? Wow. I haven't stayed at a hotel that has amenities so close kike this one. Definitely will come back

The Swimming pool appears somewhat aged and lacks an inviting appeal for a dip. The carpet in the room was bit sticky.

It was a good location and close to the airport.

When we checked in, I was not made aware of the deposit that was included in my bill. The girl said only the price of the room was charged to my card. It took about 45 minutes to get towels for the pool. Four different people including myself asked for towels and were told they would be out in about five minutes. The gentleman behind the counter was rude when we brought up the issue. He said we didn’t need the towels if we were swimming. We waited in the pool until the towels were done. There was 7 people waiting on towels. The shower was not working, maintenance came but the shower had just started to work.
