Was told the room had a hot tub - It didn't so we paid twice what the room was worth could have gotten the same room several other places alot cheaper, was also told we were ok for late check out since we had driven 20 + hours for my sisters surgery and were making the same trip back the next day after her surgery found out when we got there that it was not approved either even though we recieved an email that it wasn't a problem then the hotel also tells us there is no way because we aren't IHG(?) members they also let us know ow that the room did have a hot tub however that was 2 + years prior so they are renting the room as having a hot tub then not reducing the price when u find out it doesnt

the staff, lady at Front desk I was rude very mouthy she also seemed like she didn’t know what was going on as far as website hotels rules she wouldn’t check me in even after I paid.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. We needed to leave before 7 when breakfast started. They let me grab some fruit and a bagel for the road before leaving. Everything was very comfortable.

The room itself was clean but just a tad run down: stains in the carpet, rust in the shower - but NOT dirty. Also, it was a very hot day and everything felt a little wet with humidity even though the air was running.

𝗠𝗿𝘀 Barb and the Hispanic older worker at the front (so mad I can’t remember her name) was amazing to me and my kids

The kitchen staff was a little mean to my kids if they went down to get food and bring it to the room for everyone

Thes staff is very kind and profesional

The breakfast was great and the kitchen worker Maria was very nice and pleasant she made me and my family feel great and gave us a good laugh great location everything you need in walking distance
