Location was fine. Very close to he shopping . And a straight shot to the historic district.

The room did not make sense. It was a one bedroom but set to house 4 ppl. But if the guest in the outside area have to use the restroom in the middle of the night , they have to wake up the guest in the room to get to the restroom. The tub kept backing up. Breakfast is okay if you love carbs.

Cleanliness and modern

The night staff was not welcoming or informative.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean, and the size was great for a family of four.

My boys loved that it had a basketball court that they could shoot some hoops!!!!

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Parking and hotel security were a little lacking. People opened other entances to allow in their friends after hours.

The staff at the front desk and staff at breakfast were wonderful and contributed to a pleasant stay. Free breakfast offering was a good selection.

The pullout sofa sheets appeared used and needed to be changed. We didn’t bother because it was a short stay. Everything else was clean.

Breakfast could have been better. Many people I talked with said they would have liked to have grits.

The pots and pans in the rm could be better. Seems like everything we cooked stuck to the pans and skillet. The rm was too small.

It was not a good experience.

The room was dirty. We opened linens that smelled of urine. There were stains all over the furniture and an air freshener was shoved in the AC vent. It was just gross to even lay down. The staff smelled like marijuana.

Breakfast was nice and good quality food. The breakfast staff was very friendly and polite.

The tub was not flat which caused knee and back pain for me and caused my husband to fall out of the tub while taking a shower.

The pets. It’s hard to relax when you hear dogs barking constantly. Other than that, it was okay.

Problem with Wi-Fi

Nasty! Not clean at all. Tip check everything and take all the pictures a day that you check in. Happen to me is once we check in, just drop all the luggage and go somewhere else. Just found out the next morning when my husband looked around to check everything what in our room so he saw a nasty sh*t on the couch, chairs and the fridge looked clean but the smells awful the table not even wiped at all there's a water mark that dried out. They charged my $710 to my bank account for 4days and 3 nights. It's supposed to be $644, and i went to the front desk to ask about the charges, and she said the $65 is for accidental fees, like if you grab something food or stuff that you didn't pay for it something like that??? But they put on hold, That makes me confused. While she's checking on the computer, i told her my concerns about the room and showed the pictures and let her know that there were no charges about those pictures that i showed to her. They removed the 1day room charge on my account and apologized for what happened. I asked the front desk how many days to get back the over charges, and she said once we checked out. Btw, check in on Jul.22 check out Jul. 25,2023. I'm still waiting. . I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked the layout of the room with sitting area, kitchenette, bedroom.

3 things- 1) we booked a Queen bed but there was a Double Bed in our room 2) Bathroom area was rather small 3) the bathtub seems to be plugged as it took a rather long time to drain after a shower.

Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Breakfast Staff member was helpful and kept area very clean. Our room was spacious and well cooled (it was 98 for a couple days). Every appliance was in working order.

We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned our room. More importantly no one picked up the trash. We had to go to the desk ti get new towels. For the priced that we paid a little more service was expected. One other concern was the large pets staying there. We saw 2 large dogs that were over 100 lbs. - ONE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA DURING BREAKFAST. Several people in our group had allergies and asthma so this was a health concern. Consider having no pet rooms like no smoking rooms

Need to set time for people to leave courtyard at 11pm as adjacent rooms can’t sleep due to noise.

I love the location of where the hotel is at and breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff could've done just a little better. But overall it was a wonderful stay.

I couldn't access the WiFi.

The manager was super kind and friendly. The smell in the room was a little musky but I don't have any complaints. It was very clean and roomy. The fire alarm went off twice in the night while we were there and that freaked us out but all was well. We would stay here again!!!

Breakfast was amazing! I had to be on the road very early and the pre-wrapped take and go selections plus carry out containers were so helpful! Not to mention that they were delicious 😋

Not a thing. Location was great and bed and pillows very comfortable!
