The air conditioner in room 308 is really loud! The faucet is also loud. It wakes up others in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was very good. Always enjoy hot waffles in the morning. The location was perfect for meeting relatives in the area.

Location was great because it was on our travel route. And the price met our needs - which is why we booked in the first place.

I booked two rooms on Booking.com and when I arrived they didn't have the 2nd reservation in their system. The front desk offered to sell me a room at full price. When I refused, he found a discount he could apply which still resulted in a much higher rate that what I reserved. When I told him I was going to leave and find another hotel, he managed to magically find a way to give me the room for the price that I reserved it at. Horrible experience - he argued with me, got very frustrated, and threw up his hands in the end and told me he'd have to take it up with his manager later. Not my problem. Room was gross. There was lipstick smeared on the bathroom counter, hair in the tub. Vending machine had no water in it. Generally felt like the management was seriously lacking at this property. Will never consider staying here again.

I stay here often for work. It’s an excellent place and they do an incredible job. Always happy to return.
