Very clean and spacious rooms! Convenient location to the amphitheater Excellent breakfast!

The beds could be more comfy but weren’t terrible

The property is roughly 15 mins from adventure island and bush gardens. Shopping was also pretty close along with many restaurants. The pool was pretty much empty the entire time we stayed which was great for the kids to play freely.

We had a pretty good stay until our last night we had very loud neighbors next door (bumping and banging on the wall randomly throughout the night from 9am - 1am and across the hall (having a party from 10pm- 4am weed smell and lots of in/out from guest of the guest) called the front desk 3 times and the last call I made they came up and shut the party down.

very clean , the front desk even on the phone was very polite. We asked to be moved rooms due to a wedding and the room was next to the pool it was a bit nosed and we had a baby so the front desk gladly moved us to another room. room had a small kitchen very clean , ac was amazing bed was comfy, very spacious and even had hbo included in the channels for free. Breakfast included was awesome especially traveling with kids. They had cereal, eggs, coffee bagels and even waffles. Location was about 18 min away from bush gardens.Very local.

despite the hotel being great I do have to say that I had a bit of a bad experience. the fire alarm in the room went off at 5 am and did not turn off causing me to pack and leave I had my baby with me and it was impossible to sleep . that’s what made my stay bad other than all the positives that was one thing that I had a huge issue with

Front desk stall excellent

The overpowering smell of marijuana in the bathrooms. Smelled like it was coming from bathroom uderneath us or next door.

It was six minutes away from our business trip

The staff was tremendously friendly. The room was very neat and clean. The television welcomed me with my name, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the breakfast was very nice.

I am ordering one of those DELTA SHOWERHEADS!!!!!!!!

Great customer service! Everyone was nice and there was no disruptions or unusual situations. Peaceful stay.

The Television in our room had an issue with turning down the volume. It was so loud when trying to watch TV.

Cynthia was on the desk when we stepped in from the hotel across the parking lot which was where we had reservations. That place was a dump, so as soon as we got into our room we decided to check on the Marriott Residence Inn’s room availability. Cynthia was soooo helpful in helping us leave the dump hotel and move into the Residence Inn. And each time she was on duty during our stay she was exceptionally friendly. In fact, friendly is the word to describe the entire staff, even the cleaning and breakfast staffs. It made our stay wonderful. If given the chance we will definitely stay there again!

Can’t think of anything bad.

It was a wonderful short stay! The rooms were clean, oversized with a full refrigerator, bed was comfortable, staff is amazing and the breakfast was good!!! Great location! Gambling was a quick uber drive over and back!

The breakfast was good.i was shocked to see that there was a variety for everyone because I don't eat pork. This is a great location!

I wish the kitchen would have had an oven

Location was nice, quiet, and safe. Love the cleanliness and modern display of the hotel. The room was absolutely perfect.

We loved the cleanliness, the lobby was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, breakfast was very good and the staff was amazing! We had an issue with our dishwasher but the manager took care of it himself and they were kind enough to give us late check out for free due to the hassle.

Room was a little smaller than expected. We wanted to enjoy the the fire pit but there were smokers there all the time.
