It was nice and comfortable and overall it has a nice vibe to it

The elevator was kind of hard to use but then we got the hang of it

The room was extremely clean and quiet. There was an exceptional shower with its design and water pressure. Parking was $20, but safe and convenient.

The restaurant was not convenient and seemed too formal. No coffee station available in the morning. No comfortable chair in the room and only one towel set up, but housekeeping immediately responded to my request for additional towels.

As well as bar tender at night super nice and good service👍👍👍

Not too crowded.

Location was great. Remodel is attractive and rooms were clean. The staff was VERY nice and friendly.

The smoke alarm went off three times during the night. The front desk said their engineer was not available that night & the only solution was to move our room (at 3:30 in the morning- with my two teenagers). HORRIBLE! The soap dispenser (very large & heavy) popped off during my shower & hit my foot. No fan in the bathrooms, so the mirror fogs up & takes 15 minutes before you can use it. The bar was closed at 9:15 pm and we were planning on getting a drink as it is advertised to remain open until 10:00. No refund of money was ever offered, regardless of these issues.

The staff didn't do anything to help out with anything. Yes the power was out for 36 hours. They refused to discount the room or anything. We had no power, no hot water,no air or heat. Still we had to pay full price. They wouldn't even consider lowering the price. The elevators wouldn't run at all ,so you had to climb up the stairs. The elevator co took over 4 1/2 hours to get there and we sat in the lobby. They didn't even offer a bottle water to you. The staff and office manager saw you as a number on a spread sheet.for a 5 star hotel I would have had better service at motel 6. The worst service by far of any hotels in the area. I was held hostage from my room for half the day. Eve a diamond customer said they where bad and was never coming back to a hilton hotel again.

The fact that they charged an additional 70+dollars on top of what we already paid.

We made reservation and didn't know they were renovating until after we made reservation. It was a Friday. The bar was closed the restaurant was closed. It was pouring out and we had to go elsewhere to find a place to eat. We should have been told in advance.

The rooms really need to be upgraded. It was very gloomy, the bathtub was the worst. I had rust in my tub I didn’t even want to use it. The refrigerator parts missing and needed to be defrosted. Not well cared for.

Dissatisfied with the room. Bathroom was dirty and room was next to loud AC unit.

I was charged for parking even though I ended up leaving.

it was convenient around stores.

the bathroom needs maintenance. water pressure from shower head is too strong caused water to leak outside tub constantly. our feet was constantly wet inside the bathroom. we told the staff and they said an engineer came to fix it, but we didn’t see anything got fixed. the tub had stained on it and need to be exchanged. cleanliness is not there and definitely needs an upgrade.
