Location was good for us. Breakfast was nice. For the money it didn't seem much different than any other places we've stayed.

Bed was as hard as the floor. When asked the desk personnel about it, he said all the beds are the same. However, the next day discussed it with another personnel and she was able to switch us to a room where the beds were firm but not as hard as the original bed.

One of the beds was not made and pillow were not good ( should have one firm and one soft on bed. Also bathroom was not clean well floor was dirty and had hair.

Location was convenient but I could hear truck traffic Friday night late.

The thermostat cover was missing and the button to move AC up or down was hanging on a wire with the circuit boards exposed. I was able to use the button to turn down cool air. But it might have been a safety hazard. I told the front desk at ~ 8 pm Friday after I checked in. They could not move me because there were no empty rooms. I asked them to get maintenance to fix it on Saturday. I was so tired Saturday night when I got back to the room at 9:30 pm and found it was not fixed. I was too tired to call the front desk and have someone fix it that night and was leaving in the early am Sunday. I am just amazed that a maintenance person would leave the unit without the cover. Also, when I checked in and got room keys, they did not work on the door and I had to come back down with my bags to get the front desk to fix it. This happened to 2 other co-workers at the same time.

The man who checked me in was amazing. Tried everything he could to get me a fan to sleep with. Service was absolutely fantastic. And the property is beautiful.

I thought the price was high. Nice place but let's be honest, it was a place to sleep at midnight so I thought it was outrageous but isn't everything these days. Guess I better get use to it.

I kept getting woke up by the breakfast staff slamming stuff around from 5am/ 7:30 no sleep between that and the highway DONT STAY IN ROOM 108!! The staff discount me 30$ but that doesn’t help with no sleep
