Room was up to date. Close to interstate and main street in Cleveland. DoorDash had no problem getting to me.

Lot of interstate traffic noise and general noise from hotel guests coming in late and leaving early. Easy to get to but harder to get back onto the main road.

Clean and safe

The people running this motel were all so very nice. The room was simple, but very clean and the bed very comfortable.

No coffee pot, I always appreciate a coffee pot in my room!

Everyday room service to clean up.

The floors are too slick.. everyone fell atleast one time... the beds were to stiff for me.. I'd wake up stiff especially in my hips.

It had a good location

They charged an additional $100 for a deposit that wasn’t disclosed. Then they didn’t charge EVERY room that charge. The checkin and out process took WAY WAY too long. Especially since they already had our information.

This place is a total rip off.. my GF and I stayed 2 nights and we were going to stay 2 more.. but we wanted to be moved to the top floor due to a young kid that was bouncing, and screaming and keeping us awake.. well we went and reserved the room online and as soon as I walked in to pay the so called general manager said that we couldn't stay there.. which he could not give us a reason why we couldn't he just said we couldn't stay there.. this was due to him making $68 off of us bc we cancelled the room and that's how much the cancellation fee was.. so out of $154.76 we received $86.06 back and he kept the rest.. this guy is what you call a crook.. there's a special place for ppl like that and that's all I have to say about that...!!!

close to the interstate and places to eat

no coffee in the room or front desk. no shampoo , conditioner or lotion. very minimal amenities . a/c was cold and bed was comfortable.

No breakfast, but the location was good, and the room was spotlessly clean.

I was not expecting such bare-bones accommodations. No breakfast, elevator (I am 81, and struggled to get my suitcase up to the second floor) no armchair, clock, coffeemaker, shampoo, Kleenex, carpet - for over $100 per night.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Exterior and parking lot need updating

manager tried to come into room while my wife was sleeping, another time came in to check sink but searched the room instead. Drug addicts in parking lot 3 of the 6 nights we stayed. pet friendly, 100 deposit added to you stay. they check the room before you get your deposit.
