It was average hotel in a small town like that. The front desk staff was terrible. Not engaging, not interacting, not smiling, why choose hospitality as a career? The night gal did not knowledge us whatsoever or greet us when we came home from the concert that night. Cold front desk feels all around

The morning person at the bistro acted like she’d rather have been any where but there. It was very obvious she didn’t care to help us with anything and just wanted us to go away.

The pool was great. perfect temp. our room was nice an clean. Staff very friendly worked hard to make our stay great.
Have a Bistro on site. food was good. Ben nice if breakfast came with a room.

The room size and availability of number of beds per room for our larger family. The kiddie pool.
When we told the staff at check-in we were visiting to see if this hotel would be a good choice for our family after our fifth baby was born in a couple months, they told us we would have to book two rooms to accommodate 5 young children.

I liked the location of the property & the staff was very friendly.
There was a weird hard red stain on the carpet and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain right away. Can hear the upstairs guests banging around also. Starbucks also wasn’t available when we left at checkout time which sucked.

Shower didn’t drain so your shower was like a bath around your ankles. ☹️ No creamer for coffee. ☹️
