The property has beautiful views and is well kept. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper made each day fun for my son. She arranged his stuff animals on the bed and he loved it!

The spa was closed, this is the second year in a row that the spa was out of order during our stay in June. It was disappointing.

The property is fine, but the turn in/entrance from the main road is hard to see in the dark (especially with snow/ice!)

we didn’t notice that the only window in our room looked at…a wall, photo included. Room was dark and really quite claustrophobic as a result. we’d unpacked before we saw the quite disappointing ‘view’. So if you stay there check your room first, regrettably there’s no real commitment to offering you a comfortable situation. Dishwasher flooded the first night too…staff were helpful but honestly we were disappointed overall.

The kitchenette was really nice to have & seemed to have everything we needed. Traveling with my elderly mom; Staff was helpful in accommodating her needs!

Room layout, the halls/elevators smelled nice, breakfast available, parking all around, & friendly staff.

Our room was not cleaned daily. We kept the door tag off when we left for the day. At night when came back to the room, dirty room. We had to contact the front desk 3 different times. Noisy family above us that was stomping until midnight.

Absolutely wonderful staff, some of the best I’ve ever been around. Beyond helpful and friendly.

The only negative we could find was the shower while visually appealing it’s almost impossible to keep water from going everywhere on the bathroom floor.

The rooms are quite comfortable and the breakfast was a plus.

The housekeeping schedule wasn’t consistent and we experienced delays in daily cleaning (trash taken away) and replenishing towels and paper items. Notifying the front desk didn’t help much either. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, too, which was disappointing.

2 room suite was beautiful, modern, and clean. Kitchen met all our needs. Beds were delightfully comfortable. Bathrooms were top notch, modern and clean. Loved the pool and basketball court! Great idea. Thanks for the great stay!

Is the bath water hot spring water? Skin feels extra smooth after washing. Super great. The lady at the front desk was particularly organized and clear in her account, which was commendable.
