Way way way way over priced. Most hotels.a breakfast buffet is free and food taste better here you lay 20 plus per person for average to below average food.

The man who was helping serve was very friendly and went out his way to sit and talk and get what I needsd.

Comfortable bed and pleasant staff.

WiFi was a paid extra service. As an international traveler with no local data plan, this was problematic. Paying $13 for one day access is poor when every other hotel I stayed at before this comes included with the room.

We like the size of the room and cleanliness

The front desk employee, Cea, wouldn't allow my husband to check in while I waited to park the car. She kept saying we didn't have a reservation. He came out to get me, and I went inside and she told me the same thing. I showed her our confirmation, then she told me my husband misspelled our own last name. No, he didn't. Just because she couldn't admit a mistake, she would rather turn people away rudely. Then, we asked to not be placed on the highway side of the hotel. The DART rail makes a loud bang reliably every five minutes, and we got very little sleep on our last stay. Well, that's where we were placed, because that's where third party booking guests get placed. We won't be back, there was only rudeness and zero grace, unlike the grace we gave by even coming back. We won't do it again.

Everything was outstanding. Kayla at the front desk was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will tell everyone about our stay.
