Full kitchens and a helpful staff. They had the best Gluten Free breakfast I have seen in any hotel. Udi’s muffins, and gluten free waffles on a separate waffle iron. The staff was helpful getting us rooms near each other as well.

I wish the pool area was a little cleaner.

It’s worst stay ever in my life

Decent facilities with kitchenette.

No daily maid service. Wall paper coming off the walls. Apparent leak in the bathtub. Way too much money for the experience.

We requested an additional night stay and the price they charged us for the additional night was unnecessaryly high.

First the elevator wasn't working and I guess it's been down for 6 weeks second the person working was rude an then he gave us the wrong room twice an they were on the third floor at the other end of the hotel. I can see making the mistake 1 time but the second time was absolute on purpose in my eyes he should be gone he could very well see that I was draging my oxygen tank around up and down the stairs plus charge me 250 dollar eventual fee witch I did not understand why but either way I needed a room I was so tired from the drive and he said it would be back on my card 7 to ten days plus he said the pool was heated when my 12year old son and in walked down the three flights of stairs to the dirty pool it wasn't heated at all and the railings on the spa we loose were I was afraid to go in thinking it may come off when I was coming out and the pictures on booking dot Com are so out dated because on the pictures the rooms and pool all look new and there is nothing new or even newly remodeled or even keep up about this place at all I would never go there ever again worst time ever
