The bed and the shower were heavenly. I loved the bathing supplies and that I could relax and catch up on my Netflix show
Probably that I couldn't adjust the temp in the room. The only settings were tundra or no air at all

I did not like that they did not have my reservation. I did not like that I drove home in the rain for over two hours. I did not like that the front desk staff could care less that they couldn't find my reservation. I did not like that even though I called the hotel earlier in the day that I would be arriving late, they still could not find my reservation. I did not like that Booking.com has no customer service and did not care that the hotel could not find my reservation. I did not like that my credit card was charged over $200 in spite of the fact that the hotel could not find my reservation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! STAY AWAY FRIM BOOKING.COM!!!!!!

The staff and hotel bar was stocked with quality cherries for cocktails.
The air conditioning in the hotel was not performing at his best. Our room has so much moisture that the bedding felt wet. The staff moved us from the 5th floor to the 2nd; things improved, but it wasn't the best stay.

It was close to the venue that we attended a wedding at. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our trip.
I think that the hotel needs to be updated, especially the carpets throughout the different floors.

Nice rooms - very comfortable. Everything was clean. The bar was fun - although incredibly overpriced - 2 small margaritas for $36 !!
Michelle Graham was very helpful with our checkin!
The internet/WIFI was down the entire day. We needed to access and only had an unstable cell connection - this was extremely frustrating! The staff did nothing to comp us for the inconvenience.

Very clean room, friendly staff at check in and check out.
Only complaint is nothing is included but the room. I wish there was at least free coffee in the lobby and a few small breakfast items. But there is literally nothing extra included in the stay. At almost $200/night with taxes, I would think something for breakfast might be thrown in.
