We did not have toilet paper in our room. There was poop on the toilet from the previous guests. Also we did not have full bottles of toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner. These were in every shower. However our room was short on these items. Which was unfortunate. I did not pack these items since toiletries usually are a standard for most hotels. Combine this with the harsh chemicals in the pool and that left my family with only the ability to rinse with water. After picking up dinner I grabbed the ice bucket in our room to get ice and it smelled moldy. There is no way that ice bucket was being routinely washed. The pool had so much chemical in it, that it burnt my child’s skin. The bathroom in the pool area was so disgusting, poop and filth everywhere. The hallways were littered with construction debris and paint splashes everywhere. This hotel felt very dirty and gross. Not worth 100$ a night. I wouldn’t pay 60$ to stay here. Booking.com advertised a buffet breakfast for this location as well. However that was not the case when we arrived. It was a mediocre bare minimum continental breakfast. Extremely disappointed for what I paid to stay in this room. I will not be staying again. If you include the lack of cleanliness with the fact that 20 minutes into being in our room, a strange man tried to enter our room with a key card….. we will not be back.

The location, newly renovated room which was spacious. Dunkin Donuts is a walking distance. Breakfast was good.

The construction was in progress and the elevators stopped working for a while. Hotel should shut down for construction. And re-open after construction is 100% completed and the safety inspection is passed.

Carpet was dirty stained saw a centipede, lots of hair in the sheets, soap dispenser was empty.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable!!

There was no hot water in the shower. We had to take cold showers. We only stayed for 1 night.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Beds were super comfortable. Good storage (drawers/closets/pantry area).

Room was a bit dirty. Dirt/hair in dresser drawers. One drawer was broken. Dead gnats on the bed nearest the window. Mold in the shower/tub. We didn't get maid service between day 1 and 2. The whirlpool in the pool area was warm, but only two jets were working.

Not much. Some of the workers were very helpful and nice.

Outside areas clean up. The first impression was not good. Outside grass not cut in the rear. The place had a smell to it.
