great location on the Columbia River

elevator very slow

The staff was friendly and accomadating, the food and drinksat the bistro was excellent

The pool was a disappointment, small unkept and hot tub broken, not the expectation form a Marriott, felt like I chose this facility for a little more of an expense expecting an upgrade

Standard Marriott set up and level of facilities and service. Nothing to complain about but nothing to shout about either. Good location right on the river. Housekeeping was on request only - apparently because of COVID but I dont see how cleaning the bathroom and replacing the toiletries at least once in the week would have made much difference

The area with the river...walking path. Swimming pool.Fitness room crowded with equipment.

Sheets were stained with who knows what... That was disgusting then you wonder did they even change the sheets? Large stain on the carpet, very disgusting. I was there 2 days,and room coffee was not refilled. The biggest mistake was being sent to a room already occupied and walked in on a room set up with computer wine food.

The cafe was a highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was a good value in spite of having to pay for it.

For the price/location I expected a higher quality of furnishings and view for the room. Not sure why COVID19 should be driving prices up.

I loved that I got what I asked for when we arrived. (Crib, extra sheets). That was very nice!

Best thing about the hotel: the location. Loved that it was right on the water and near good dining.

The hot tub was closed for "maintenance" during our entire stay and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby so we had to purchase it from the bistro. Aware of the coffee in the room, but much prefer half and half and/or creamer, which wasn't available. Usually a hotel in this price range has fresh coffee and creamer in the lobby in the morning.

Really good location. There is a park nearby and you can walk the river walk right out back. Close to good restaurants too.

There was no switch operated fan in the bathroom. Why are you a hotel if you don't have a fan in the bathroom? Also, when I went to get more coffee at the front desk, THEY WERE OUT OF COFFEE??!?!?! WHAT? I don't run a hotel, but I know if I did I would have a month+ worth of coffee just in case something went wrong with the supplier, which is what they said. A simple solution would have been to find something local. Those were the only disappointing things, everything else was great, staff was great, totally clean, good location, etc.
