Clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the size of the room, the location and convivence. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and found anything we needed to help our stay be amazing. Thank you for the extra ice bucket for our mom's birthday flowers and thank you for the sharpie. We loved the ability to move the table under the desk to the coffee/refrigerator area. It gave us a nice place to stage things. We totally recommend staying here, it is an amazing place to stay.

The couch could use some back support. We had to use our bed pillows for support. It would make the room a lot more comfy. It would also be great to see a microwave above the little alcove that is the kitchenette. All you need to do is put in a shelf.

Friendly staff, along with clean room. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee sold in the lobby.

No maid service due to Covid.

Room was very spacious, comfortable, well designed. Especially liked the rollout table tucked under the computer desk. Came very much in handy for takeout meals in our room. The in-house Starbucks offered good coffee and bagels for breakfast.

Shower was nice. I’m glad there was a breakfast- coffee and little store, I guess you could say. A microwave in the room would have alleviated the need for venturing out so many times.

Stayed with my elderly mother three days and no room cleaning, as I requested. Second morning, tv didn’t work. Staff quickly came to fix it. Minor inconvenience. Trash was overflowing and I feel we paid a premium for a Carson motel - almost $300 per night. Regional manager was apologetic and professional about the rooms not getting cleaned, and took third night off the bill.

The location was close to my destination.

The room was dirty the carpet had stains and appeared to not of been vacuumed. The shower had hair from previous guest the floor was filthy. The mirror in the bedroom had hand prints all over it. The furniture was dusty.

We were not informed that rooms would not be made up dailey and that dirty towels would not be replaced, but clean ones could be requested at the front desk. Several channels on the TV guide were incorrect,

It was quite after I requested not to be near the elevator.

The check in clerk could not find our reservation and we had to use our smart phone to secure a room. He swiped my card, but could not find a room?
