The space of the room. It was clean. The staff was very nice!

Unfortunately, the spa bathtub did not work in my room. Very disappointing because that was one of the main reason why I got that room.

The sheets are too smelly, like never been washed for a while. Good thing we only stay for less than 12 hours. Didn't get enough sleep smelling those sheets.😩

Room was very average but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with prompt service.

Noisy fridge right next to the bed, loud plumbing when any adjacent guests used a shower and not very well sound insulated - heard neighbor snoring. Also - NO HOUSEKEEPING until the 3rd day but daily housekeeping charge and tax on bill. Desk clerk said "we need to pay our housekeepers". I told her she didn't need to pay mine because that person never came to work! At least in my room.

Room was comfortable, clean, well-lit. The desk staff were helpful & welcoming.

They only complaint was the extremely noisy fan - kept us awake.

Value, location, friendliness of staff, location, cleanliness, room, quality of furnishings.
