Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed. Facility was very clean and the hotel is in the heart of the city.

Great location! Decent breakfast, the suite we booked was very spacious! Friendly staff! Clean facility over all!

The pool closes at 10pm even on weekends, wished it closed later on weekends.

The size of the room was plenty for my husband, two kids and myself.

The room didn’t have a balcony.

The location was perfectly positioned in walking distance to most of our planned attractions such as the aquarium and the children’s discovery center. The breakfast hit the spot to get our day started.

The thermostat wasn’t very user friendly and took some trial and error to regulate. The road noise from the suite was very loud at night making it difficult to sleep. I highly suggest a noise machine if you’re staying in a suite with a balcony as those are all positioned street side.

I was disappointed to be told at checkin that the room I'd booked thru Booking.com was not available (King bed) and the reason was because I'd booked thru a 3d party. I don't find that to be a valid reason.

Decent food selection

Noisy air conditioner. The other thing was the connecting door let sound carry from the room next door into our room. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty

The location was perfect and clean. It was quite in the evening and we felt like we were in a safe area. The pool was also a plus.

The bed creaked every time I moved, and the safe did not lock.

the parking was terrible, it’s no parking whatsoever! Directions should be explained on what to do when it’s no parking . You spend almost 200 dollars a night and not being able to park at the hotel you staying at

The facility was very clean, staff was very accommodating.

The bar area was not open for the 2 nights we stayed.

The room I book was not the room I received. And I still haven’t heard back yet about a crediting me the difference.
