good location, clean, quiet, and was convenient to our venue. Hotel is newer, modern, and we're familiar with the expectations when we stay here.
This time I had an issue in which I was double charged by the hotel with no explanation nor attempt to make it right without the help of Booking.com. This is disappointing but we likely will still stay there again and hope we don't have issues like this time.

Very convenient area. We were hungry & had several options of restaurants near by.
There was French fries, rice & spaghetti on the floor upon arrival. Nobody vacuumed or throughly cleaned room. It was disgusting we had to clean up after whoever was in the room before us.
Breakfast is not complimentary. Instead of paying the hotel for breakfast we decided to go to Waffle House which was a 3 min drive away.

the property is located in a good location. it’s modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly
I didn’t like how the body wash and other bottles in the bathroom were empty, it’s like they didn’t even check them.

This hotel had an indoor pool that was open from 6am-10pm. It also have chairs, restroom, and shower located in the pool area. The pool was heated as well which was nice when it rained. The bar offers food from 6pm-10pm and the staff at the bar were extremely pleasant. Skye went above and beyond to be sure all guest eating breakfast were pleased.
The staff (front desk) seemed to rather sit in the office on their phones. Ice machines located on even level floors tucked away. Housekeeping removed personal items from room they had no business touching (items were returned upon discovery and saying something to front desk). Small lobby/hallways that seemed crowded with more than just a couple people. The conference area was booked the entire stay which made it awkward using the side entrance.

There was a partially eaten granola bar, open pack of Nutella and trash in the desk cubby. Please make sure that area is also check during cleaning

The clean grounds, food area and room. I like that there was herbal tea bags in the room.
I didn't like that only one bottled water was in the room for 2 people.

The lady attending us at reception was nice. The room was clean.
1.. First night we stayed there we were suddenly surprised when we got to the breakfast area that there was not even breakfast because... the cook did not show up to heat the oven!! Unbelievable; 2.- And concerning pick up at airport, a total disaster: we waited 45 minutes, even after calling twice, before someone showed to pick us up, in a bad mood as well; not even helped with the luggage. Mamma mia!! Even other drivers from other hotels asked us what was happening as they kept picking up their guestes and saw us always there waiting!!

The Mattress. Too soft and mushy. Absolutely terrible.
