Room was very big, bed very comfy

Further from town centre than we thought, 25 min walk to the Alamo. No hot water and very low water pressure on our first night so cold showers

Disgusting!!! Room stinked like urine. Shower stains. Paint on window wall chipping. And worst of all …..BED BUGS!!!

It was close to downtown SA and it had good breakfast. Spacious room and living area.

The room smelled dusty, the bed sheets dirty. The vent on the wall was unscrewed slightly open. There was red stains on the bedroom and bathroom walls. I opened the living room table and it had a old pizza crust in it. On top of that woke up with bites on my arm.

Very good breakfast but was very packed due to it being spring break. Rooms were spacious for a family of 1 adult and 3 kids.

Door didn’t open correctly and had to ask for key reset a couple times and help opening it, very inconvenient when coming in with a whole bunch of tired kids. A bit pricey compared to the area we stayed at.

Amazing staff. Nice big room. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices to choose from. Nice pool but no more spa. We were about 25 min walking distance to the places we wanted to see like Alamo, Riverwalk. 10 min walk from the markets and great restaurants.

the suite was really large - a living area, a central bathroom/washing/kitchenette, and then the beds in a third space. It was roomy and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. The staff was lovely. There was also housecleaning service every day, which I don't think I've seen in three years. It was great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to downtown.

Didn’t like neighborhood(industrial park), so now walking distance to convenience store and lots of construction.

Everything was good except the cold water when showering! :/

One thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that every time someone would go take a shower the water was super cold!!!! It was awful.

Staff(Elizabeth) was extremely RUDE! Key cards deactivated during stay and staff was not understanding of my frustration due this inconvenience. Smoke detector chirped the entire stay meaning that it was not operating properly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the alamo which is where we were spending our new years eve.

Price for the room was high due to the new years holiday.
