Room clean, bed comfortable
Pillow could have a mix of soft and firm. Club was dark and cramped. No view. Web sight showed it overlooking river. It had no view.

Horrible little room in a wedge corner of the hotel. AC/Heating system noisy. Frig was so noisy it had to be unplugged. All this for $500 a night!!! Nuts.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and check in was easy. Everyone was very friendly. The gym is a little small for the size of the hotel, but the equipment was new and well maintained. The pool area was also very nice.

Hardly anything I liked about this hotel. Maybe the location.
The vast empty parking lot costs $30 a night. The A/C in my room was awfully loud. The blankets had some yellowish stains. No conditioner in the bathroom. The swimming pool smells like sewage, and to get to it, you just go through some boxes and chairs piled up in the hall. The overall impression wasn't good, definitely a poor price-to-quality ratio. I don't usually complain, but this time though I got to check out one day earlier because my son had some allergic reaction. The hotel still decided to charge me for the extra day, explaining that they couldn't do anything since I booked the hotel through Booking. Booking customer service had yet to reach out.
