Bedding didn’t fit bed and came untucked and had to straighten the sheets a couple times during the night. Made it for a restless night. Traffic noise. The water was lukewarm.

Location is wonderful and room size very comfortable

I requested a late check out for noon when I checked in and they said they wouldn’t be a problem. The next morning I got multiple phone calls saying I was late to check out and it was 11:15am. I told them I had arranged a late checkout and they said they didn’t have it in their system and I had to leave in the next 15-20 min. Then as I was packing a maintenance person tried to enter the room even though I had a do not disturb sign up. I had also received a receipt at 3am via email confirming my 12 o’clock check out which they said they didn’t have in their system. It was very frustrating and unsettling to have someone try to enter my room when I had been told I had permission to stay. Caution if you request a late check out be prepared it might not get honored. The maintenance person was not at fault but I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager who said she didn’t understand how I got the confirmation when they didn’t have it in their systems. She did apologize but it left a sour taste after what would have been a very nice time away. I will reconsider staying here in the future.

Everything was great!! The front desk staff was amazing and so friendly!! The breakfast was great. It was so close to everything. The room was very clean and spacious. The stay was great.
