Loved the retro decor. Walkable to the Hult Center.

Our room was on the street, so loud traffic noises. We also had someone really heavy footed in the room above us.

Nicely renovated, very attractive room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast. Beautiful landscaping, cute retro decor. Right in the downtown heart of Eugene, near the university.

Dog fee was high.

great food for the breakfast but you might want to take it back to your room as the breakfast room was packed full of people which didn’t feel very Covid safe.

Comfy, cute, and a good value. Great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Really good breakfast with real potatoes along with the standard scrambled eggs, toast, etc.

A little noisy, both from upstairs neighbors and street.

I loved the room, no complaints. The Thai restaurant was in close walking distance, excellent food. Your wine selection in lobby was great. Will stay there every time in Eugene.

The shower had some mold on walls.

The motel has been renovated recently and there are some appealing touches throughout. The shower had a handheld and a rain shower head, which was good quality and pleasant. There was a refrigerator in the room. Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful.

The room was small but adequate for a short stay for two people. Recently renovated but not thoroughly -- it still felt like an older room that had been updated in some places. Our bed creaked significantly - any time either of us moved at night it made noise. The mattress drooped at bit in the center, so it was less comfortable than expected. As a motel all rooms have exterior doors to the parking lot. The motel is "pet friendly" but the fee per dog per night ($50 each) was too high. With two dogs it nearly doubled the rate for our one-night stay.

Breakfast is spectacular, no motel across the U.S. even came close to the selection or quality. Having used the Timbers for more than 20 years, we were pleased with all the improvements. We stayed a week, the staff was always courteous and very efficient and through.

a laundry room would be nice, but the down town location offers a selection of laundry mats in walking distance. The television was difficult to operate / review stations, but we weren't there to watch tv.
