The facility was clean, quite, comfortable, and staff was friendly and professional.

The room was stuffy, had an unpleasant smell as if someone had smoked in it. Room not cleaned or beddings changed to three nights.

My guest that was with me had a necklace jeans and boots stolen. He was unable to obtain them due to an emergency before check out and him and I have called multiple times to see if the belongings were turned in and they claim they do not have them.

I had a problem with my first room: first night. The day staff was very accommodating in getting me out of the room I had a problem with.

My first room had some sort of stale smell coming from the air conditioner. It’s caused some problems for me but the staff did try to make it right. Night time check in was not the greatest as far as customer service. He was rude and condescending.
