The location was great and front desk staff was really nice and helpful

When a noisy mechanical problem with the HVAC window unit happened, I was given a room switch. Manager Charles was definitely on top of things! Paula the breakfast room manager was a delight!

Kyria was very friendly and the rooms where spacious. The breakfast was lacking. Very bland. And turkey bacon ewe. Other than breakfast I highly recommend this location.

The attendants at breakfast were most helpful as I had to check to see if any items were prepared with milk The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door did not close all the way unless you slammed the door. Some kind of monitor flashed a blue light all night long on the wall.

We were told we would have a roll away, but weren’t provided with one. There was also a leak in the ceiling on the 5th floor hallway.

Pool was closed. Exercise room smelled bad and could not work out with the odor. The rooms were outdated. Carpets needed cleaning

The beds were comfortable

The rooms smelled bad, the carpets were old and dirty, the lighting was poor, the breakfast was not very good and the elevator was questionable. The rooms were missing bedding and pillows for the pull out sofas. When we checked with the front desk they could not provide extra pillows. Overall this hotel needs a lot of work.
