I liked the location, the cleanness, that it was quiet even though there were lots of people there, and I like how instead of a continental breakfast, you get a voucher at Denny's across the parking lot, there is way more to choose from and they are not out of what you want.

This motel I mean hotel is not a PLUS. There is no breakfast. The web page is miss leading. Rooms smelled like someone used the bathroom before you got there and didn’t flush the toilet. Front desk said they have air freshener if I needed it. Run from this place stay somewhere else.

The rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful of anything we needed.

I stayed here after driving for 12 hours so I definitely needed rest. I slept like a rock. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was roomy and clean, the staff was helpful and kind. Emphasis on the BEST and the PLUS in the Best Western Plus. Kudos to Peppertree.

They offer an included breakfast with the Denny's in the same parking lot. I don't blame anyone and I'm not upset about it, but the Denny's was overwhelmed due to understaffing.

The overhead lights in pool were out, keycards continually didn't work, no gluten free breakfast option, the shuttle van to airport couldn't open the trunk so all luggage in seating/walkway spaces.
