The front desk was wonderful. The gentleman brought out a cart to our vehicle to help with our luggage. Room was comfy. Even answered questions about our pizza delivery Would strongly recommend!

Easy budget-priced place to stay in downtown Spokane, with quick freeway access and lots of places to eat nearby (comfort and fast food in same block, upscale places a few blocks away closer along the riverfront). This is an older motel that shows its age, but beds are comfortable and staff is welcoming. Breakfast is nothing special but there are options and it's great for grab-and-go. Enjoyed getting hot coffee, bagels and cookies for our drive after checking out.

No half-and-half for coffee, and no fruit in the breakfast bar.

Great breakfast and the sliding door to a porch made the nighttime dog walking the easiest of our vacation. Very pleasant helpful receptionist.

Good location right off the freeway, but sort of a sketchy area of town. This hotel takes some sort of government support for “needy” patrons so it’s housing for some.

Great accommodation for myself and colleague. It was comfortable and the facilities was adequate for our stay. the location was good for our travels.

Breakfast was good. It was only about six or seven blocks from the riverfront.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the area was a little rough.

It was priced pretty high for the amenities offered.

4 of us stayed in 1 room. Bathroom is small but we managed. Although an older hotel the rooms have been updated with cool retro furnishing and the beds were super comfy. Right downtown almost under the freeway but still surprisingly quiet. We all slept through the night. Front desk staff were really pleasant. One thing I would have liked them to provide is glassware should you want a beverage in your room. They only have paper cups. Wine in a paper cup is just wrong.

When I called the desk to ask for a wine glass or even a coffee cup she was rude.
