Breakfast ok.

A lady fell because of uneven floor, staff said manager was told for months but hasn’t fixed it.

I called on 10/16 to cancel the Friday night reservation on 10/21/22. I was still charged for that night. I spoke with the front desk on Sunday morning 11/23 and they said I would receive a credit. I still haven’t received the credit.

Convenient location with breakfast available from 6:00am-9:00am. Easy check in and out with late night eats available nearby.

The rooms were older with a 1980’s-90’s vibe. Interesting/distinct smell too. They have definitely made attempts to improve with the pool and hot tub. Fitness room only has a treadmill and a weight machine.

The breakfast was ok, the staff was nice, and location was ok.

The room wasn't very big, the bathroom mirror was nasty and the lighting in the bathroom was pathetic. They put me in a connected room, I was there for several days, and it was like having the neighbors in the room with me.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Good breakfast.

Toilet could have been cleaned!!!! They did not clean the shower daily either.

It was just off the main road, easy to find.

They have me a handicapped equipped room. Great for a person with special needs but clumsy for a person not needing the accommodations. The railing by the toilet got in the way and all the grab bars everywhere in the tub/ shower were excessive. I didn't care for the hand held shower sprayer. Parking lot wasn't that full, I'm sure they had other regular rooms. A stain ring at water level in toilet bowl was present. Not a wall outlet to be found in the room. They were all behind the bed or the furniture.The outlets in the lamps, for charging electronics were underpowered. My phone was still not fully charged over night. Had to pu it into ONE bathroom outlet in the morning, to finish the charging. But, it was 10:30 at night and I was tired.

The breakfast was disappointing. At 9:30 the bread was taken away so no toast.

We liked the ease of check in.

My daughter and I had to go to UW-LAX for freshman registration. We rented an inexpensive room because we would just be sleeping and leaving right away. Room was not up to anyone's standards. Rip in the curtain. Stains all over one of the duvets. Stains on the light shades. Some weird 'construction' over the bathroom sink. I have pictures. Because of the state of the one bed, we actually had to share a bed. We were not impressed with this particular hotel, but it was too late to get another. We will not be returning.

The cable channels were good. More than usually found in a hotel.

The toilet and sink was to low. I actually hurt myself by misjudging the height of the toilet. My husband specifically asked for double bed room close to the pool. We both have a hard time walkinh. Our room was literally as far away from the pool as possible on thebother side of the hotel. We had to use the luggage cart to wheel my husband to the pool. The room wd were in sounded like it had air moving through a hollow.
