Room was clean.

Not the room that I wanted. Hot tub didn't work. Bath tub didn't work very well.

The room was dirty. The fridge and shower hadn't been cleaned at all.

The bathrooms were the only thing that was nice.

This is a low budget hotel. The floor were stained and the rooms were dirty and the bed bed sheets stunk. I know people are short staffed, but you couldn’t find anyone. Their breakfast was terrible, they didn’t keep it stocked up during breakfast time.

The main lobby and all public areas were filthy. Our room was cleaner but not by much. We met people leaving who had just checked in because their room was so dirty. Would never stay there again.

My boyfriend lost a necklace full of his dad’s ashes in the hotel room and they would not give it back and lied about it… so never going back ever there was mold in the bathroom the dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut in the cupboard the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly

Had problems with the room..and the staff wasnt able to help.

Our air conditioner didn't work. The host said she would come look. She never did. She called an hour later after my 1 year old was a sleep. Said she would bring a fan. NEVER DID! WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN DONT DO IT!

No air conditioning and would not refund at all even if we got no sleep and slowed our vacation by one day because we was all so tired
