The location was nice.

For an extended stay place and the cost of the room, we asked for silverware and we had to pay for it. Then we noticed you had to pay for most everything. Breakfast was there but it was prep packaged foods from a freezer that had to be warmed up and you had to call the front desk in advance to get them. This experience could be someone’s cup of tea but for a one night stay w a family traveling out west, we would pass on this place. So weird! How pays for silverware?

The first room that I was given had indentations on the bed indicating someone was napping on it. The stove burners were disassembled with burned on grease stains on the stove. I was kindly given a different room by the front desk. In the second room, bare pillows were in a jumble on the bed. Since it was late and I didn’t think another room could be any better I got pillow cases at the front desk. When I put the pillow cases on the pillows, I noticed a tear in the duvet. In the bathroom there was soap or toothpaste residue on the sink. I endured the night but canceled the second night. The person at the front desk checked me out but couldn’t cancel or refund the second until the manager came in later. Now I have follow up!

No utensils, and not pots or pans. The coffee pot shattered when I tried to rinse it out.

The room was larger than expected and the full size refrigerator was a plus. The recliner also was a nice amenity. Friendly staff and very clean.

The bathroom floor was sticky.

They advertise breakfast, but said they were having a sourcing problem. No breakfast.

Drug dealers in parking lot, squatters in parking lot, people up throughout the night slamming doors, no breakfast, no parking if you have a trailer, no cups in the room, no ink for printer.

Breakfast none available. Location only good thing about hotel.

On the front parking lot. Did not like the junky car sitting on jacks and bricks, with wheels& tires removed. Looks tacky. Another persons dirty clothes were inside desk drawer. From all the goings on, I think some of the staff are living in hotel, they were in & out of rooms as if they were living there with children. Some staff members were dressed inappropriate. Trash cans overfilled with trash, carpet felled dirty and grimy, back door entry broken
