Fine, decent, roadside hotel. Not much to look at, more asphalt than grass or greenery. Nice to have breakfast start early (at 6:00 am), though what they had for breakfast was uninspired.

I REALLY did not like that they did not have anyone at the desk for check-in (during regular hours), and instead had a digital kiosk with an employee in some other location to check us in. This was very strange and off-putting.

I like that it is far back from the freeway so you don’t hear the freeway noise. the property itself was very quiet the entire time I was there. I thought the room was nicely decorated and furnished. The bedding was nice and soft and had a warm enough comforter on it with wonderful pillows. The towels were pretty nice and thick. it was very nice to have a microwave and a fridge. Check-in was very quick and easy. they found my registration and asked for the card and ID, swiped it had my initial and sign and handed me my keys and let me know what the Wi-Fi password was.

Although check-in was extremely fast and I was definitely ready for a bed and some sleep, I didn’t like not being told about the $50 deposit in addition to the room charge upon taking my card. I feel they need to be more informative about their deposit charge especially considering they require a debit or credit only, no cash and it MUST be on one card, can’t split the deposit and room charge to 2 different cards (this info isn’t listed online, I have previously stated here a year ago and happen to know they charge a deposit, but couldn’t remember how much). I completely disagree with that policy and hope they consider changing that policy especially since this location is independently owned. I don’t like that there isn’t an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. I recently injured by knee and this made it challenging to get my luggage upstairs. I probably could’ve gone back to the front desk and asked if they had anything available on the first floor but I was just too tired and figured once upstairs I won’t be needing to come back downstairs. called the front desk and I different employee than the young lady that checked me in answered and said he’s come right away and he showed up with minutes. Although he did fix it, shortly after he left I couldn’t get the sound to work. it would go in and out so I thought maybe he hadn’t tightened one of the connections, but every time I touched the box that was attached to the back of the TV the sound would go in and out and there was static. Luckily I was able to remove it and placed in the dresser and suddenly the sound worked again. I lifted the box back up and once again more steric and going in and out. It seemed to me that the TV was causing some sort of interference with the box for some reason. not sure why but they might want to look into that. The fridge in my room was wobbly and uneven. it’s a simple fix and I didn’t want to have someone come to the room, I just wanted to take a hot shower and go to bed.

Room was very spacious.

Breakfast was too basic. long queue for the microwave

Very comfortable beds. The flooring was nice, having the hard floor rather than carpet makes it feel much cleaner.

The live agent kiosk check in was odd, but the agent was very nice and helpful. The carpet in the hallways was old and had an odor.

Check In time if I paid additional 50at the desk then a room is available but otherwise the room I reserved is unavailable lol I feel like I've been really robbed

Room was remodeled and clean.

Front desk was a kiosk with virtual front desk service. This made it feel less welcoming and I honestly did not enjoy the experience.

Hotel was clean and came with gym and pool access.

Bathroom door didn’t lock, small holes in walls, office was far away, breakfast was all store bought cheap food, hotel layout confusing.
