Needed main floor room. Had paid in advance but they would not give me main floor we were there early enough to get a main floor room. They may charge more for main floor then what we prepaid. Will never go back there again.

FYI they want to charge you a $100 CASH deposit as soon as you check in for a NON SMOKING room. I was also over charged for $60 and put in a SMOKING room when I clearly booked a non smoker.

Room was dirty. residue from previous guest shaving in the shower all over the walls, floor hadn’t been swept well. Sand on the bed. Wi-Fi worked intermittently.

Bed was OK, Air was cold

Not clean, shower was broken, shower ceiling had holes, no coffee, Door latch broken, lamp broken, blood on sheet.

Its located in the center of just about everything and only 11 minutes from wild adventures. The cleaning lady was super nice and friendly. Its also pet friendly.

The top lock was broken as was parts of the floor and the gentleman at the front desk was a little rude but it could of just been an off day for him. I also booked for two queen sized bed but they are definitely full sized.

We could hear outside sounds easily. We also had to pound on the service window repeatedly to get someone’s attention when we needed to ask a question when checking out at 6:30 am.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. definitely not worth the price! I’ve been to nice hotels at this price or even cheaper. The beds are uncomfortable. I was scared there were bedbugs since I was itchy all night! The paint was chipping, weird smell. The towels are horrendous. I wasn’t sure if they were clean or not!

The location was close to the interstate

we checked out early due to arguing and fighting by other guest in the parking lot. We no longer felt safe and went and let the nice woman employee know we would be checking out earlier. She said that we would get our $80 cash deposit (non smoking room fee) and never said it would be any issues with the remaining days being refunded however the next day the owner was very rude and said we could not be refunded for the remaining days .. even though that is not what their policy says. After already checking out, then finding out we couldn’t be refunded for at least one of the days we asked could we just stay the remaining days (since they were already paid for) and he said that we couldn’t stay either. DONT STAY HERE

it was easy to park and it was at a very good location. Multiple restaurants in the area.

there was no hot water, I had to leave an $80 cash deposit because I asked for a no smoking room, they told me someone would be at that desk 24 hours a day, when I checked out at about 8:30 in the morning it took close to 15 minutes for someone to finally come to the front desk with two dogs barking, not my dogs the dogs by the registration desk I banged on the glass rang. The buzzer went to different doorways, went to the night window. I bang bang, bang. The woman that came to the desk, did not say a word to me, but I could tell she was being surly, I was quite angry, I needed to be going and gone and they held me up for $80 cash back. I’ll never stay there again December 2022.
