The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Parker was awesome and very helpful to me even before coming onto the property.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and great. Our keurig stopped working and the staff immediately swapped it out for us. Definately felt like a 5 star service.

Awesome view, helpful staff, clean property, great rooftop patio. Loved our stay, and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m on the island.
A little pricey, but absolutely comparable to other similar properties on the island, so not completely unfounded.

Our room was small but it clean. The carpet needs steam cleaning. Good free breakfast: turkey bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, yogurt… Fresh hot coffee. We missed it, but they have a free wine and cheese social in the lobby on Fridays.
We both have mobility limitations so climbing the hill to get to hotel was a challenge. A golf cart shuttle would be nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful with questions I had about the island. Hotel was updated and very nice.

Friendly people behind the desk. Dan and the morning younger guy yesterday were both extra nice.

Our room (the master suite) was impeccable and every single detail had been thought of. Fridge full of water was a bonus! The two managers we encountered were brilliant at assisting us and providing information. Worth staying in this suite for a few days, to make the most of it as it’s huge!
Location they can’t do a thing about of course. The up hill walk was really tiring, even for us in our early 40’s and avid gym goers haha!
It was a real pain if you needed to get anything from the room as it’s located at the top of a very very steep hill.

Property was on a quit street but still close to the main street.
We had a little balcony and a view to the ocean / harbor. we also loved the toof deck where you can relax and enjoy the views.
They even have cookies in the lobby and lemon water / cucumber water in the afternoons in the lobby.
Highly recommended, we would stay here again.
Nothing really, maybe just more breakfast variations.

The room was a little small, especially the bathroom. You could hear conversations from people in the next room, sounds like they're in your room.

On the website it said that the hotel rent bike, but in fact it didn’t, disappointing.
