The lady working the front desk was very nice. the facility was very clean and the location was good.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, we had very comfortable king size bed (pillows), that automatically came with a jacuzzi tub, so that was a pleasant surprise, it was very nice. There is plenty of counter space on the sink to lay items and get ready such as putting makeup on, fixing hair. There was nice counter space with a mini fridge and microwave, a nice wardrobe to hang your clothes, plenty of drawers. The bed was comfortable, the air worked well, everything was just great!! The hotel was right off the interstate, there was a Walmart right next to the hotel, Dollar Tree, convenience / gas station, there were a few close restaurants at the interstate. If ever traveling in that area again, we will definitely stay there. *** We drove about 5 minutes into Spearfish, there was a great restaurant called the Steerfish Steak & Smoke, of the three nights we stayed in the area we ate there twice, it was excellent.

They offered a breakfast, which we did not partake in, my husband did go one morning and check it out and said it wasn't anything spectacular. Other than that we had no complaints.

Beds, bedding, amenities were quite nice.

BIt is not a good location...on a corner in high traffic area with 🚛 jake braking...just hard to sleep with all the noise.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Very accommodating of two dogs. Good breakfast. Perfect stop on our long road trip.

Toilet had dried blood and feces stuck to the sides, carpet was torn in the room, chair was filthy, outlets didn't work, carpet was dirty, bed was so painful that none of us slept either night, and considered leaving at 10:30 PM and just leave, coffee machine at breakfast was broken, jacuzzi had floaters in it, and jets didn't work, pool railing was broken and duct taped back together...as a handicapped person I couldn't use it to get out of the pool...my family had to lift me out. I would have expected this if I had paid 70 dollars a night, but not 150 dollars.

1 the bed and mattress was great . 2 the frig was fair, microwave very small but worked.

Mold corner of bathroom floor. 2 They advertise a nice pool, but no heat - But cold no one would use it. 3 phones or or front desk did not work I talked to 5 other people said there's was dead also. 4 air conditioner did not wor at all but they brought a fan to our room (whoopeeee) 5 rhe breakfast was OK, not a problem. 6 lots of Road noise until 10:pm 7. The lady at the desk at with dark hair pick marke face was, cold, ride un caring , I have run many buss For my self and she would be one of the coldest perso be my first contact. If I did not already booked I would have walked out to my car and left for better place to stay

Staff was very friendly and patient.

We were moved 2 times because of maintenance issues. It is obvious that maintenance is lacking between the rooms and the pool area. We started in a room that had a tub that didn’t drain and the shower wouldn’t turn on. Then we were moved to a room where the door wouldn’t open consistently, our final room had a broken toilet seat. I’m the pool area the, handrails in and out of the hot tub and pool were both unstable and taped to keep together.
