The pool was empty, no notice on the site. My grandkids were VERY disappointed. The pool was the only reason for booking here close to them.

Location was good, had a nice ice machine, continental breakfast was good.

Overall bathroom condition, bed was old and worn, TV remote did not work.

300.00 for a bed frame made out of 2x8, the bed was hard. After finding something on the wall behind the door of bathroom, had no interest in eating their complimentary breakfast! Thanks but no thanks!

Room appeared fairly clean

The room was hotter than heck, took forever to cool down. Beds were awful, hard as a board. Pool wasn't working. Breakfast options less than desirable. the TV barely worked - you could only use the channel up or channel down buttons. There was a TV guide with a ton of channels, but you only got about 8-10, the others were just static.

it was very dirty in the room and there were stains on the chair that was in the room

Run down, dirty, and over priced.. Staff didn’t say anything as far as breakfast or breakfast hours Or any info that a person at the front desk should say just checked me and handed me my keys

The breakfast was a typical covid Era spread.

I reserved a 2 queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. What we received was a contract 2 queen room. There was no cable box and 8 channels. The weather stripping on the window was 3/4 torn off. The fan motor in the bathroom was frozen and squealed if we tried it. My wife left it on the 2nd day and it started to turn but you could still hear it thump. The security bar on the door to keep someone from forcing themselves in was broken. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The bedding was torn in a Few places. Since there was never any housekeeping I assumed it was a contract room. I would not rented out that room at our motel in Preston MN.

Had booked my stay for a queen suite over 2 wks in advance but upon checking in was given a 2 queen bed room instead. Was told they didn't have any queen suites available anymore and they could just cancel my reservation if I wanted. When asked to talk to the manager was told they weren't available and during the conversation the gal hung up on me twice. Still have yet to have the manager call me.

The 2 queen bed room that we were given had a hole in the wall and blood colored stains on the sheets.

everything the pool was closed, our toilet had feces in it. there was mold all over in the bathroom the coffee pot was not cleaned from previous guest. the tv did not work the staff was not friendly or helpful. when asked to speak to a manager the front desk girl ignored me and nothing was done.

easy to get to off the highway. close to downtown spearfish.

it was a bit creepy. not very welcoming. uncomfortable bed. very thin walls and ceiling. heard everything. weird/broken furniture.

The room provided the basics that we required!

For us, Wyndham has become a synonym for deferred maintenance. Things can always be better at a Wyndham Hotel!

Did not get the room i booked, i booked a 2 queen room and got a single king bed, they gave us a roll a way bed but one of my kids still had to sleep on the floor. Unacceptable.

I went to what was supposed to be breakfast at approximately 6:30 a.m. and was expecting some sort of breakfast but instead I was greeted poorly by the clerk and was told... Uh.... we have coffee... Are you serious??

We called before we booked and asked about our dog and were told he would be fine as every website we looked at stated the Spearfish location was pet friendly. Around noon on the second day we received a phone call stating we needed to leave because our dog was not allowed. This was after we stayed the 4 nights!!! The receptionist was very rude and unwilling to even listen about their websites stating they were a pet friendly facility...... I did show her in person and all she could say was "somebody was supposed to change that".... I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! HORRIBLE MOTEL!!!
