The staff was very friendly upon check in. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was close to our work location so that was an added bonus and the cost per night was very economical.

We were not crazy about the breakfast items that were served each day. The sausage gravy was cold and the breakfast bagels were not cooked thoroughly. But overall the stay itself was enjoyable and we would definitely stay again.

the bathroom was dirty. I NEVER got clean towels. I was there for 3 days. trash was never taken out. I didn’t even have sign on door. I didn’t have enough pillows, lady at desk said they had none and gave me a blanket to use!!!!!! seriously!

Continental breakfast was not good. Waffle mix was empty. Bagel with cheese and bacon was cold but coffee was great.

The place looks ‘tired’. The elevator needs painting, our room had no hair dryer, our bathroom door looked like something had been spilled all over it. Our room door was difficult to close as if the door had been damaged.

Service. Hassle with getting a room that was already reserved more than 5 days in advance. Had 3 different rooms in 3 days. First rooms door didn’t work. Second room had a very short shower head and stains on the bedding. The last room had a leaky ceiling.

I loved the modular furniture in the room! Open shelves/cubbies and hooks/bar for hanging. There was also a padded window seat. The beds were comfy, and we got a good night's sleep. For us, this was just a place to stop on the way home, but we liked it so much that we would definitely stay on our next trip north. Also, turns out the breakfast is free!

The towels were small and limited in quantity. I am pretty sure a brillo pad would have been softer. Also, our towels had a few stains that made them look less than clean. We would have loved a non-pork breakfast option (even just eggs).

The hotel has a bey convenient location for the travelers. Great value for the price, comfortable and clean. The room was renovated and had a modern look. The breakfast t was simple but still good. Worked really well for us.

the refrigerator didn’t cool good, couldn’t use it. the heater in the room didn’t work right. you couldn’t turn it down, it made the room extremely hot and I couldn’t breathe good, I was up every 30 minutes or more sweating.
