The hotel itself was decent. One of the front desk staff Gloria was very sweet, the other staff member Gina, could have been a little bit more welcoming.
No free breakfast. You would think for $188 a night, it would be included. The chair in the room had stains, I would expect it to either be cleaned or replaced. I had to put a towel on it to even feel comfortable sitting in it.

Just off the interstate
Hot n cold was reversed on the shower They restaurant menu was very limited to what you can get. Everything I wanted from the menu either was removed or they were out of. Waitress had a poor attitude! There was used drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. I had to call they charged me for my breakfast that was included in the room price.

how can you possibly charge for that minimal effort you put into your so called breakfast?! Offer fruits. No bananas. yogurt slopped into a pan. Offer the small package yogurts! the presentation of the breakfast was a joke too. go to other hotels and look what they offer INCLUDED in the room price. you charge $10’plus for that mess!? I had my breakfast comped (free) and i didn’t want it. Nasty

This hotel was beautiful and housekeeping was amazing and very helpful!
Continental breakfast! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you pay for this. I completely understand that you have menu food to order from and charging for that. However Continental Breakfast should always be free or don't offer it, or call it something else! I felt tricked. For the cost of the room, we were okay because it came WITH Continental Breakfast, or so we thought.
